Dr. David J. Marcon

I am a Chiropractor in Cincinnati who is passionate about spreading the good news that you can improve your health without prescriptions and surgeries by simply balancing the three core aspects of your being: Physical- Chemical –Mental.  This balancing act creates a state of Homeostasis in the body which I deem “True Health”.

My Chiropractic Story

I wish I had this dramatic Chiropractic miracle that I could attribute to my career choice. The simple truth is that as a 19 year old freshman in College I injured my lower back lifting weights.  Injuries lifting weights are rather common and in my previous experiences were more annoying that painful.  This time was different in that the symptoms did not go away on their own.  Rather, over a three month period I could hardly function.  Not only was exercise out but sitting was difficult and that is a big issue when you are in college.  I went from muscular to fat, active to couch potato and happy go lucky to depressed.

Thanks to my Mother, who never saw a chiropractor herself before my injury, I recieved my first Chiropractic adjustment and returned to my normal healthy self.  This is not too dramatic but the experience open up a new way of thinking about health.

After graduation from East Stoudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Biology, I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa.  Palmer, known as The Fountainhead, is where Chiropractic was founded in 1895 by D.D. Palmer.  After graduating cum laude from Palmer in 1990, I found my way to Cincinnati.  The first 13 years of my career were spent in Alexandria Kentucky before moving the practice to Anderson Township.
